SBG MINUTES:

 Monday, March 15,  2010 

Tamara Breuer newly elected Vice-President of the SBG cabinet conducted the meeting. A motion to approve the minutes from the previous meeting was mad and approved. Fernanda gave a report as a committee member of the school sponsored Run that will take place on March 30 and 31. The committee is finalizing the details  but the run could include an overnight lock-in for the high school. Tamara offered to contact the PTA as the SBG liaison to find out the procedures for a club/organization to have a booth at the May Kermesse. Spirit Week activities approved last semester by the SBG were reviewed and a committee was formed to facilitate the week. The committee are: Stephanie Waller, Sasha Mendez, and Alexandra Mirella. New Business included a discussion of ways to speed up the food service especially as regards to heating food. A motion to purchase a plancha to go with the microwave was approved. Tamara offered to meet with the ladies in charge and report back. An item introduced by Stephanie Van der Lugt concerning the purchasing of printers that print out both sides of the paper  was discussed. A motion to adjourn the meeting was approved at 1:10
